President Ruto's Visit to Busia from Wednesday 22nd to 23rd 2025.
President William Samoei Ruto 's development tour in Busia will mark the onset of some projects as well as beef up ongoing development interventions that will go a long way in springing up the development level of Busia . With a Bias to Teso South which is where I represent I am looking foward to:
1. Upgrade of the Lukolis Model Hospital to Level 4 . I am happy to report that the Ministry of Health officials were on site yesterday to inspect the facility.
2. The Omoloi Agricultural Center additional funding of 70M to be complete.
3. Students hostels construction and equipment support for Amukura TTC,Okame TVET and Alupe University
4. Rehabilitation of the Alupe Dam Water and Supply project launch. I am happy to report that tender has been awarded.
5. Kemodo and Lukolis Market propositions
6. Launch of the Last mile Electricity Connectivity and Maximamisation.
7. Jointly with Busia leaders we need the tarmac from Machakus - Amukura - Nambale and Butula started.
Happy to have joined Busia Governor Dr. Paul Otuoma and members of parliament in a meeting in anticipation for the head of state's visit to Busia County next week. While we champion collectively for our county , Teso south remains central in my lobbying of resources and development.

1. 9:00 AM - Tour of the Export Processing Zone (EPZ) at Nasewa, Matayos Subcounty
2. 11: 00 AM -- Last-mile electricity connectivity at Siebuka at the border point of Matayos/Nambale constituencies
3. 12: 00 PM -- Launch of Alupe Water Project in Teso South Subcounty
